Avani paces back and forth with a serious expression. Al-Ahmar just sits and watches in silence. I swallow. Avani starts:

"Shekestan", I answer.

"To be".

"Boodan".

"To close".

"Bastan".

"To do"

"Kardan".

"To see".

"Didan".

"To have".

"Dashtan".

"To speak".

"Sohbat kardan."

"To go".

"Raftan".

"To write".

I doubt.

"Neveshtan", I finally reply.

Avani nods.

"To kiss".

I cannot help but shyly smile to al-Ahmar. He winks me.

"Boosidan", I say.

"Good", Avani says, and his lips curve into a beautiful soft smile. "Shall we continue?"

I grin.
